The heart of the bakery is our sourdough. We use freshly mill flour, which we grind everyday on our stonemill. Every morning we make the harbour smell of delish sourdough loaves, buns, ryebread, croissant and danish.

We love simple precise cooking and great produce. Vegetable and grain farmers, butchers, and our coffee roaster are all handpicked and kept in close relation to give us the best starting point for making great meals, buttery croissants and vibrant cups of coffee.

SIGFRED/JUMBO COLAB

Thomas Sigfred is our one and only, when it comes to coffee. His unrelenting battle to bring great taste, craftsmanship and service to the front of our profession is rare. We have worked closely with him and his team make a special roast that fits to Jumbos tastebods. A coffee that brings out the seasonality, by serving only freshly harvested coffees.

Our coffees will change over the course of the year, as the season in the coffee growing regions will too..

We will brew all your favorite milky coffees, filter in batches and handbrewed hario.
